ERA Blanchard & Rossetto, Inc.

I have been practicing Real Estate since 2014 after a career change from the Information Technology profession. I have always enjoyed looking at, viewing and watching any program that deals with Real Estate. I also have been, what I call a "live and flip" type of a home owner. That is to say, I'll live in the home while I make improvements and then sell the house when completed.

I have been given some early challenges that other agents haven't had to do. I have had contracts which included solar panel leases. I have had clients purchase HUD Homes, which is a challenging process in itself. I have always been determined to push forward to get a transaction to closing. Along the way I have forged good relationships with my clients.

I work at the real estate agency ERA Blanchard & Rossetto, Inc office in Manchester, CT. For 2022, I was ranked one of the top 15% of agents in sales, for Hartford, Middlesex, New London and Tolland counties. In 2019 I was the #4 agent in Andover, CT based on units sold. In 2017 and 2018 , 2022 I received the ERA Circle Of Honor award. This is for selling over 25 units and/or over $3 million in sales volume. In January of 2018 I received a Certified Staging Professional designation.

I mostly work out of Hartford and Tolland Counties. The towns from Hartford County that I have had some type of business in are: Bloomfield, Burlington, East Hartford, East Windsor(Broad Brook), Enfield, Glastonbury, Hartford, New Britain, South Windsor, West Hartford, Wethersfield and Windsor. The towns from Tolland County that I have had some type of business in are: Andover, Columbia, Coventry, Ellington, Hebron, Mansfield, Stafford, Tolland and Vernon.

Personally, I have lived in different areas of Connecticut my whole life. I have a wonderful family and currently live in South Windsor. I like this area because of the proximity to major cities including Connecticut's capitol, Hartford. Living in this area you do have to do a little more digging for entertainment, but it is out there, its is plentiful and is worth the search. I also like how quickly it turns from urban to rural for hiking, biking and other outdoor activities.

I am a graduate from Waterbury State Technical College (WSTC) and Central Connecticut State University (CCSU). I am a financial supporter and volunteer for Riverfront Recapture, and have been an assistant coach in the South Windsor Little League (SWLL). I am also a volunteer at the David Hayes Sculpture Fields in Coventry.

So no matter how big, small, low end or high end, I am here to help you.
